Stronger bones keep you together
By mentioning bones – do you also think of some old rattling skeleton?
In fact it is so much more: It is carrying and protecting you and your organs, building blood and storing minerals. But all these specific functions can only be maintained when your bones are strong and healthy. Some problems may develop gradually and unnoticed until your bones are too weak to support your weight or protect you in a fall.
To prevent things going wrong we encourage you to take preventative measures, such as measuring your bone density in order to prevent serious illness ahead of time. There may be risk factors which can be detected and corrected.
I encourage you to get your bone density screened so that any preventive measures can be taken!
